We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Tilt-up and Pre-Cast concrete to oversee large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in building shell structures and managing multiple subcontractors and craft laborers. Responsibilities

+ Oversee the construction of shell structures using Tilt-up and Pre-Cast concrete techniques.

+ Manage large-scale projects with budgets over $50 million.

+ Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

+ Lead and manage a workforce of over 50 craft laborers effectively.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Essential Skills

+ Strong background in Tilt-up and Pre-Cast concrete.

+ Experience in building shell structures.

+ Ability to manage large-scale projects and coordinate multiple subcontractors.

+ Expertise in excavation and concrete pouring.

+ Strong understanding of concrete and structural steel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
