Project Manager Opportunity with a Top-Tier Commercial and Government Contractor
Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 per year.

- Diverse project portfolio including healthcare, commercial interiors, renovations, federal projects, and occupied facility construction
- Stable pipeline of work with an organization focused on delivering high‑quality projects and maintaining strong industry relationships
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial, healthcare, government, institutional, or industrial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, and construction operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, safety standards, building codes, and contract administration
- Ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and maintain strong working relationships
- Experience working in occupied or regulated environments such as healthcare or government facilities highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor field teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
