No Experience Laborers – Up to $2,000 Bonus – Fargo, ND
Midco is hiring Laborers to support underground telecommunications construction in Fargo, ND. This full‑time seasonal role offers a $2,000 bonus, career progression, and long‑term employment potential. Laborers will perform trenching, equipment operation, material handling, and site restoration. It’s an ideal opportunity for those seeking hands‑on field work in a growing utility environment.

- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to pass DOT and physical requirements
- Experience in underground utility or telecom construction
- Ability to operate skid steers, VAC trucks, and mini excavators
- Understanding of jobsite restoration, drill operations, and site oversight
- Advancement from Laborer I to III based on experience and equipment skills
