Equipment Operator

We are currently seeking Civil Equipment Operators to join our team.

• Ability to safely operate various types of heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, tractors with scrapers, off‑road trucks, skid steers, and compactors
• Knowledge and experience operating GPS equipment
• Ability to perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment
• Complete equipment maintenance reports accurately
• Ability to work extended hours during the civil construction season
• Strong commitment to safety rules and regulations

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform a variety of duties that may change frequently
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
• Ability to work at a steady pace while producing quality work
• Previous commercial construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
