  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure work is completed to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and update project schedules, logs, and forecasts; prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist with cost control activities: track invoices, change orders, and project expenses; highlight and escalate variances.
  • Enforce safety and compliance protocols on site, conduct walkdowns, and participate in safety meetings and incident investigations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, engineering, procurement, and field teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, as-built records, and closeout packages.
  • Support procurement and materials coordination to ensure timely delivery and resolution of site material issues.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and commissioning activities, including punch-list creation and verification.

  • Familiarity with project software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar), MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and document control systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and communicate with clients.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and certifications (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent preferred) and a strong safety-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, adapt to changing site conditions, and solve field-level problems under time constraints.
