• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and project stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend schedule adjustments.
• Prepare schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans as needed.
• Support pre-construction planning, schedule-related submittals, and claims documentation.
• Travel to project sites as required and comply with OSHA and MSHA safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 required.
• Experience with project management software, estimating software, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Combination of office and construction site work.
• Travel and overnight stays may be required based on project needs.
• Must comply with OSHA and MSHA safety regulations.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach overhead, and lift materials as required by the position.
