Job Title: Rustad Recreation Center Facility Staff

Location: Rustad Recreation Center, 601 26th Ave E, West Fargo, ND

Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal

Pay: $15-$17 per hour

Facility staff support the daily operations of the Rustad Recreation Center, including customer service, facility monitoring, custodial duties, rental setup and teardown, and assistance during events, open‑gym activities, and rentals.

• Open and close the facility as assigned.
• Monitor open gym and turf areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with private rentals, party packages, and event setup/tear‑down.
• Sell concession items and provide customer service to patrons.
• Perform custodial duties such as restroom cleaning, sanitizing public areas, vacuuming, and snow removal from walkways.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform light custodial and physical duties.

• Previous customer service or recreation facility experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Flexible hours with weekend availability from Friday through Sunday; staff must work a minimum of two weekends per month.

A dependable and motivated individual with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and safe environment for all facility users.
