Job Overview

Gate City Bank is hiring a part‑time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Fargo Southpointe Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team‑oriented environment.

In‑Office Monday – Friday: 3:00PM – 6:15PM (closing – Thursdays off when a Saturday is worked). Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM – 12:30PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Pay Range: $17.75–$18.75 per hour. Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr guaranteed 15–19 hours per week. Eligible full‑time and part‑time team members may enjoy benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k) match, wellness programs, and more.
