Unifi Services - - Responsibilities:
Provide airport passenger service for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage handling;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine;
Assist passengers with special needs (e.g., unaccompanied minors, VIPs, wheelchair assistance);
Operate the computerized ticketing and check-in system and resolve related queries and complaints;
Maintain safety procedures and report safety incidents promptly
