* Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:30 PM (
** earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!**)Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Fargo Southpointe Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.
** Responsibilities:
*** Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
* Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
* Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
* Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
* Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines
*
* Experience:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
* A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others
** Compensation & Benefits:
*** Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75 per hour
* Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
* Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week
