Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a small, team-oriented call center environment. This role involves handling inbound customer calls, coordinating services, and providing support to clients in the Fargo/Moorhead area. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping customers through challenging situations.
Location and Schedule- Location: Fargo, ND
- Schedule: Full-Time | Office-Based
- Type: Contract to Hire
- Answer inbound customer calls (20–40 calls/day on average)
- Assist customers in scheduling services within a 50-mile radius of Fargo/Moorhead
- Provide support to customers in stressful or urgent situations, ensuring a calm and positive experience
- Accurately enter customer information into internal systems
- Coordinate with service technicians regarding schedules and job assignments
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Required:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to de-escalate customer situations
- Preferred:
- Prior call center or high-volume customer support experience

- Attention to detail and multitasking
- Small call center team (approx. 4 employees)
- Office-based role with a collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Fast-paced environment with fluctuating call volume based on weather conditions
- Pay range: $18.00 - $22.00/hr
