Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle all front desk related tasks: calls, check‑ins, signing up new members, giving tours, and making necessary changes to a member’s account.
• Facilitate member service issues and question, forwarding to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

• 1 hour (minimum):
  Deep cleaning.
• 1 hour (minimum):
  Continued training.

• Customer Service: communicates and interacts with customers, coworkers, and the public in a way that exceeds their wants and needs.
• Listening: actively listens, empathizes, and solves problems collaboratively.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
