Myfirstlink is looking for a Part-Time Helpline Specialist in Fargo, North Dakota. The Helpline Specialist will support individuals contacting First Link via phone, text, or chat, helping to de-escalate crises and connect them with community resources.
This role requires a minimum of 12 hours weekly, including evening and weekend availability, and is part of a holiday rotation. Candidates must have a high school diploma and 6 months of experience in customer service or mental health.
The position offers a starting pay of $19 per hour along with an Employee Assistance Program.
