Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club.
Responsibilities- Assist in member service oversight, ensuring all staff consistently provide great customer experience.
- Manage front‑desk related tasks.
- Greet and meet potential members and provide gym tours.
- Facilitate member service issues and questions.
- Provide backup support to the Club Manager as needed.
- Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
- Assist in managing marketing efforts; ensure staff is aware and trained on current promotions.
- Order supplies, maintain inventory, and track reports.
- Communicate and interact with customers, coworkers, and the public in a way that exceeds expectations.
- Listen actively, empathize, and work collaboratively to solve problems.
- Recognize and define problems, analyze information, encourage alternative solutions, and plan resolutions; seek assistance when needed.
- Demonstrate tact and skill in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.

Job Title: Team Lead;
Reports to: Club Manager;
Status: Full Time / Non‑Exempt

Essential Behavior Requirements- Strong customer service communication.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Problem‑solving with analysis and alternative solutions.
- Diplomacy with tact and appropriate language.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
