Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, assisting in member services, and maintaining the club's cleanliness. Essential Behavior Requirements involve customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and communication. Minimum qualifications include honesty, good work ethic, strong customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Physical demands include standing and walking at least 75% of the shift, talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift, and lifting to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
