Fargo, ND is searching for a full‑time Veterinary Client Service Representative with a flexible schedule to join our 24/7 team.
The BasicsPay
: $18.00 per hour
This is a flexible, full‑time position in a 24/7 emergency facility. Shifts may include:
- Evenings and overnights
- Weekends
- Holidays

Your Day as a Veterinary Client Service RepresentativeIn this position, you are the heartbeat of the client experience. Throughout your day, you'll greet worried pet owners, manage multiple phone calls, and guide clients through the visit process with clarity and compassion. You'll create and maintain patient records, coordinate communication between clients and medical staff, and ensure each visit flows seamlessly. As you process invoices, explain payment options, and balance transactions, you'll also take pride in keeping the environment organized and welcoming.

- Ability to commute to Fargo, ND 58104
- Ability to work in person
Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year of veterinary experience.
