Service Desk Representative

Position Overview

In this entry-level call center role, you will field inbound retail client telephone calls and provide technical assistance with hardware/software issues for Atos' new client in the Fargo area.

• Field inbound retail client telephone calls and work with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Document support calls thoroughly following established procedures and guidelines.
• Navigate through various screens while speaking with customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
• Multi‑task and perform data entry as required.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software problems.
• Assist customers without selling products; focus on problem resolution.
• Work flexible shifts as required; open 24/7 support.

• Must be 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Must attend all scheduled training classes (e.g., starting October 24th).
• Previous hardware/software troubleshooting experience is helpful.
• Previous help desk, call center, or phone support experience is helpful.
• Pre‑existing IT or Computer Science education and/or technical certifications a plus.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (phone or online support preferred).
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong technical aptitude.
