Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Fargo Hornbacher's Osgood Office. This full-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. In-Office, Full-Time

• Monday - Friday: 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM (closing).
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM.

$17.75 - $18.75 per hour

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
• Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

• Pay Range: $17.75 - $18.75 per hour
• Saturday Incentive:
  Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!

  Guaranteed 40 per week scheduled for hours of 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
