Role Overview

* Serve as the first point of contact for customers throughout the repair process

* Provide clear communication, accurate information, and a positive experience

* Coordinate between customers, technicians, estimators, insurance partners, and vendors

* Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely updates

* Gather essential information (vehicle details, accident info, insurance claim number, contact info)

* Schedule estimates

* Explain the collision center's process and timelines

* Prepare customer files and ensure all documents are complete

* Alert customer when vehicle is done

* Collect payment and handle deductible transactions

* Ensure customer satisfaction and request feedback or reviews

* Clear verbal and written communication

* Active listening and empathy

* Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

* Accurate data entry

* Time management and follow-through

* Basic understanding of collision repair terminology

* Ability to de-escalate frustrated customers

* Commitment to transparency and trust-building

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED

* Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma

* Excellent communication skills

* Good written communication skills

* Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a busy work environment
