Cash-Wa Distributing, a proud division of Performance Food Group (PFG), is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Support Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers and sales representatives, ensuring accurate order processing, exceptional customer service, and seamless account support. • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone and email
• Maintain customer account information, order guides, pricing, and product details
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with sales representatives, transportation teams, and internal departments regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability
• Support outside sales associates in managing and growing customer accounts
• Generate reports, document customer interactions, and process customer credits
• Balance customer needs with company policies while providing effective solutions
• Assist with product recall communications and coordination
• Cross‑train to support the Will Call Desk as needed
• Contribute to team success through collaboration and continuous improvement

• 1+ year of customer service, sales support, call center, or account support experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent data entry and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic math and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work a rotating Sunday schedule (approximately once every four weeks)
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening

• Experience in food service distribution, wholesale distribution, logistics, or supply chain industries
• Previous order entry or inside sales support experience
• Experience supporting business‑to‑business (B2B) customers
