Sr Service Agent​/DOT

Job Duties

• Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, including responding to inquiries, problem resolution, and sales of company services.
• Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma/GED

None

• Ability to operate computer terminal.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Good human relations and communication skills.
• Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Non‑covered safety sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm or hours TBD
