U.S. Bank is seeking an Executive Response Specialist to thoroughly research and respond to escalations across Retail Payment Solutions. You will work with Compliance, Legal, and other teams to ensure accurate, compliant resolutions and timely customer communication.
In this role you’ll call card members to diffuse high-level escalations, write clear letters or emails to customers, and stay current on bank policies and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent service.
