The Fargo Force are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Box Office Employee. This role is essential in providing a positive first impression for our fans, ensuring a smooth and efficient ticketing experience. You will be a key point of contact, helping to create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for every home game.

• Process ticket sales for games using a computerized ticketing system
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist fans with ticket inquiries, exchanges, and will-call pick-ups
• Provide clear and concise information regarding game schedules, seating, pricing, and venue policies
• Resolve customer service issues and ticketing discrepancies with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the box office area before and after games
• Collaborate with other gameday staff to ensure a seamless fan experience
• Perform other duties as assigned to support box office operations

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability to work Fargo Force home games, which include evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• A passion for sports, particularly hockey, is a plus

• Hands-on experience in sports ticketing and live event operations
• Development of valuable customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
