Your shift begins with phones ringing and clients walking in-and you're ready. You expertly manage multiple lines, greet clients, and keep communication flowing between pet owners and medical staff. As the day unfolds, you'll create and update patient records, explain processes, handle billing, and ensure transactions are accurate and balanced. You'll guide clients through each step of their visit while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

• Must be able to work in person

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of veterinary experience
