Blake Ristvedt Dental is seeking a dedicated and personable Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our professional team in Fargo. Clinical Treatment:
Perform professional dental prophylaxis, including scaling, root planing, and polishing.
Patient Screening:
Conduct thorough oral examinations, review medical histories, and perform periodontal charting.
Preventative Services:
Apply fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and other preventative agents as needed.
Radiography:
Capture and process high-quality digital radiographs to assist in diagnosis.
Patient
Education:
Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction and counsel patients on the importance of maintaining their oral health.
Collaboration:
Assist with chairside duties when necessary and maintain a clean, sterile work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic patient records.
Licensure:
Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Education:
Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Certifications:
Current CPR and AED certifications.
Professionalism:
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Integrity: A reliable work ethic and a proactive approach to clinical duties.
Experience:
Prior clinical experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Experience with chairside assisting and modern dental practice management software.
Communication:
Ability to explain complex dental procedures to patients in a clear, comforting manner.
