Our Hygienist-in-Training Program is designed specifically for upcoming graduates and newly graduated hygienists who are awaiting licensure. You can:
Complete your initial training and onboarding. Get familiar with the practice, team, and systems. Shadow an experienced hygienist. Build relationships with your new teammates. Become comfortable with your surroundings before seeing your own patients. Get paid while completing your training.
