Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team, specializing in commercial projects. Our focus includes office buildings, hotels, banks, and high-end remodels. We are in the process of expanding our small architectural team as part of our design-build approach.

Responsibilities

+ Manage and oversee commercial projects from conception to completion.

+ Collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

+ Draft, design, and detail commercial construction documents.

+ Use high proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop Suite, and Sketch Up for project design and management.

Essential Skills

+ At least 3 years of experience in commercial design firms.

+ High proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop Suite, and Sketch Up.

+ Expertise in drafting, commercial construction documents, and architectural drawing.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+

Experience with Revit and photography is advantageous.

+ Licensure is not required, but a strong understanding of architectural drawing is essential.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment where you will work closely with an architect and interact directly with clients. Our firm is employee-owned, with a team of about 30 employees. We foster a 'work hard, play hard' culture and prioritize personality and culture fit. As a smaller firm, we do not self-perform work but handle all design and project oversight.

Once hired directly, you will be eligible for benefits, including a 401k.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
