Overview
Sanford Health's Department of Anesthesia is looking for board-certified MDs to join their team of 24 anesthesiologists and 80+ CRNAs in Fargo, ND. Generalists as well as those with fellowship training in Peds, Neuro, or Ortho are encouraged to apply.
Compensation Details- Annual compensation of $600,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
- In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
- Regions only Level I Trauma Center + Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center
- The department provides anesthesia for approximately 28,000 cases per year at three hospitals
- All specialties are represented including acute pain service
- The anesthesia care team model is used for nearly all of our cases
- Strong relationships within department and surgical staff
- Academic appointment available through UND School of Medicine
- Research opportunities and support services are available as well
