Floor retention Pediatric Gastroenterology Fargo, ND

Sanford Health is currently seeking BC/BE Pediatric Gastroenterologists to join our department at Sanford Childrens Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. Join a dynamic team of 20 pediatric specialties including pediatric surgery, with our own 3 on-staff pediatric surgeons.

• Clinic-based practice with hospital consults throughout the Children's Hospital (NICU, Peds, PICU)
• Team consists of 1 MD and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
• Largest team of more than 65 board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists in the region
• Regions only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
• Sanford Medical Center houses a 12 bed PICU, with additional flex beds if needed. Floor shared with 24 bed pediatric unit, and 40-bed Level III NICU.
• Member of the Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals
• Sanford Health Fargo serves a large catchment area of 1.2 million throughout ND, MN and parts of SD and MT
• Joint appointment as clinical faculty with Department of Pediatrics at UND School of Medicine and Health Science teaching medical students & family medicine residents as well as an upcoming pediatric residency in 2024
• Sanford Health Fargo is a Pediatric Subspecialty Loan Repayment Program (PSLRP) eligible site.

Competitive compensation package includes:

• Compensation floor of $330,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
