Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Reproductive Endocrinologist to join the well-established Sanford

Reproductive Medicine Institute in Fargo, North Dakota. Our program proudly operates the only IVF program in the state of North Dakota and is committed to providing a well supported, manageable clinical practice that prioritizes physician well-being.

• Join a collaborative team including one board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, one board certified gynecologist, two nurse practitioners, one psychologist, one genetic counselor and a highly experienced and stable clinical staff.
• Enjoy a managed, sustainable clinic practice designed to support professional satisfaction, personal well-being, and long-term career sustainability.
• Benefit from a strong referral network of 75+ providers across the region.
• Full-time practice with opportunities to grow the program through thoughtfully structured outreach to select regional clinics-supported by centralized scheduling and outreach coordination.
• The practice serves 500+ patients per month, with steady growth and robust operational support to ensure equitable patient distribution and protected administrative time.
• Exceptional multidisciplinary support from Sanford's

OB-GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and

Neonatology teams, including an on-site Level IV NICU.

Compensation Package
