Position

Purpose:

Assist teachers in the classroom with daily instructional and non-instructional activities.

Areas of interest (candidates select their preferences during new hire registration):

* Classroom

* Library

* Outside/inside - noon supervisor

* Pre-school at AG/Longfellow Early Childhood

* Proctor/Study Halls

* Special Education

* Adult Learning Center

* Secretary

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED

* Excellent communication and public relations skills

* Ability to develop effective working relationships with students, staff and the school community

* Ability to work well with special needs children preferred

* Willingness to supervise students in the lunchroom and on the playground preferred

Rate:

$14.54/hour

$15.04/hour - Retired Paraprofessionals
