We are seeking full and part-time Teacher Assistants to join our team and grow with our school for years to come.

Job Description:

Teacher Assistant is responsible for caring children age 6 weeks through age 5 in a Montessori environment, helping prepare and maintain the environment, observing children, assist lead teacher with classroom management and tasks, communicate effectively with parents and lead teacher, and other duties as needed. In-House sub offers guaranteed hours and will work in a variety of classrooms as extra support staff or as a substitute.

Job Type: Full Time, Part-time. Practicum Salary: $15.00 plus Benefit eligible candidates will receive 70% paid insurance, 401k matching, paid training, life insurance, paid vacation and more.
