Overview:
The Retail Media Account Manager supports overarching strategy, content creation, and platform growth for the SCHEELS Media Platform. This role drives placement roadmaps, leads brand integration, manages budgets, and aligns media output with SCHEELS and brand partner goals.

Responsibilities:
- Drive placement roadmaps and strategic planning for the platform
- Lead brand integration and manage partner relationships
- Manage media budgets and align financial performance with platform goals
- Align media output with SCHEELS and brand partner objectives
- Monitor and drive platform growth, audience engagement, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including e-commerce, marketing, digital, and the buying team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution
- Analyze performance metrics and campaign data to derive actionable insights and measure ROI
- Continuously optimize media campaigns and strategies based on data-driven performance analysis and industry best practices
- Create renewal strategies based on campaign performance and goals
- Create campaign strategies around product launches, seasonality, and other key initiatives in coordination with the brands and internal teams
Education & Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience in e-commerce, marketing or related fields is preferred
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for sedentary work.
