Collaborating with senior transportation leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a variety of transportation projects, including roadways, highways, bridges, airports, and transit systems. • Develop transportation plans
• Prepare construction documents
• Analyze traffic flow patterns for safety improvements
• Coordinate with contractors and public agencies
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design accuracy and contribute to technical reports and proposals for clients

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline with strong emphasis on transportation
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification required, with expectation to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license within 12 months or already possessing a North Dakota PE license
• 3–6 years relevant experience in transportation or civil engineering design and consulting
• Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Open Roads Designer
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities
• Capacity to analyze and model traffic flow patterns and develop innovative solutions for infrastructure challenges
