Responsibilities
  • Oversee project timelines ensuring that all deliverables meet stringent quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project compliance with aerospace regulations.
  • Author, update, and review work instructions and documentation packages.
  • Develop and train other engineers and technicians on new or updated tooling and processes.
  • Perform testing of pneumatic systems and analyze data to drive design improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues during design and testing phases.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure reliability and safety of systems.
  • Design pneumatic systems and components for aircraft applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation as per company and customer directives.
  • Lead efforts in resolving non-conforming pneumatic and mechanical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of recent aerospace engineering experience, focusing on pneumatic systems.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace regulations and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling tools for mechanical design and integration.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work with hardware directly on the floor.
  • Comfort with physical activities such as stooping, bending, and standing.
  • Excellent technical data interpretation skills and interpersonal communication.
