Position OverviewWe are seeking aStructural Engineer (EIT or PE)to join our engineering team inFargo, ND. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, structural design, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Structural Engineer will support design development, perform detailed technical calculations, and ensure projects meet all safety, regulatory, and performance requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural calculations and detailed analysis for steel-framed projects
Assist with design modeling and preparation of drawings usingCAD, Revit, RISA 3D, and Bluebeam
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management teams
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
Provide technical input to support value engineering and project optimization initiatives
Participate in problem-solving discussions and continuous improvement efforts
QualificationsBachelor’s degree inCivil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE)license preferred
Strong foundation in structural analysis and engineering calculations
Proficiency with structural design and analysis software (CAD, Revit, RISA 3D, Bluebeam)
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to work full-time on-site inFargo, ND
