** Controls Systems Engineering Manager
** to join their team. As a Controls Systems Engineering Manager, you will be part of the  
** Engineering Department
** supporting  
** Controls Engineers, Designers, and Project Teams** . The ideal candidate will demonstrate  
** strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and excellent communication skills** .

** Pay Range:**  $46.30/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and manage a team of Controls Systems Engineers and Designers

+ Oversee engineering workload, project planning, and execution

+ Provide advanced technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues

+ Manage project timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation

+ Collaborate with project stakeholders and HVAC teams to ensure successful delivery

** What's Needed (Must Have)*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)

+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in application engineering

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry

+ Proven experience supervising or managing technical or engineering teams

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

** What's a Plus (Nice to Have)*
* + Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) license

+ Experience in HVAC, building automation, or control systems

+

Experience with large-scale projects such as data centers or pharmaceutical facilities

+ Knowledge of cost management tools and reporting systems (Power

BI, EPIC, IIS)
