** HVAC Controls Systems Engineer
** to join their team. As a HVAC Controls Systems Engineer, you will be part of the  
** Engineering/Project Management Department
** supporting  
** field technicians, installers, and project teams** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and independence
** which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead HVAC controls projects from start to finish

+ Design, program, and commission building automation systems

+ Coordinate installation and work with subcontractors/technicians

+ Manage project budgets, billing, and change orders

+ Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle

** Must Have*
* +

Experience with HVAC or building automation controls

+ Project management experience

+ Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients

+ Ability to work independently

+ Strong computer skills

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate degree + 2 years experience OR 4 years related experience

+ Experience programming panel controls (HVAC preferred)

+ Knowledge of project coordination and execution

+ Understanding of safety and compliance requirements

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
