• Assist in the preparation of civil engineering construction documents, including plans, details, specifications, and quantity/cost estimates
• Apply established company design standards, quality control procedures, and engineering best practices
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical memoranda, reports, and project exhibits
• Interpret and apply municipal zoning, land development codes, and design standards
• Support civil site design tasks such as grading, drainage, utilities, and layout using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Perform site visits and inspections; document findings in written reports
• Coordinate tasks with project engineers and maintain assigned schedules and deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program
• 0-4 years of relevant experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam a plus
• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering preferred
• Ability to perform technical tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred or ability to obtain within six months of hire
• Intent to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Salary range: $60,000-$70,000, based on qualifications and experience
• Summer work schedule (Memorial Day-Labor Day):
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m.
    
    -5:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m.
    
    -12:00 p.m.
