Ulteig is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a civil engineering team across the North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota markets, delivering project technical leadership and fostering growth while coordinating with sales, marketing, HR and PMO teams.
The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), licensure as PE/PTOE/AICP, 10+ years in transportation design/construction, and proven leadership, communication, and initiative. Travel up to 1 week per month is required.
