  • Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept efforts in production environments to validate feasibility, value, and operational fit.
  • Develop structured validation plans, test methods, and success criteria to measure impact across safety, quality, throughput, cost, and ergonomics.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, IT, and external suppliers to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned to business needs.
  • Translate concepts into clear recommendations, ROI-informed business cases, and deployment-ready opportunities.
  • Create technical documentation, validation reports, and updates to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Contribute to Marvin's advanced manufacturing roadmap by identifying opportunities that build scalable capability.

  • Experience working with production systems, machine integration, PLCs, robotics, or similar manufacturing technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to prototype, test, validate, and refine new concepts in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading pilot programs, proof-of-concept initiatives, or process improvement efforts within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments and translate ideas into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across technical, operational, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and applying safe practices throughout innovation, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities to enhance manufacturing processes, technologies, and operational performance.
