Job Overview

This position assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Tidal Wave Auto Spa Team Leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team.

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• 21‑year‑old drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must enroll in New Hire Benefits within 30 days of the date of hire for coverage to take effect.
