SUMMARY:
Assist the Hotel Manager, provide planning, and observe the operation of the Hotel and Laundry & Room Attendants.

- Must eligible to obtain a Non-Gaming license
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distributes work schedules, reports any changes in schedules
- Completes paperwork pertaining to transfers, evaluations, disciplinary reports, and incident reports
- Ensures adequate employee coverage on each shift
- Work closely with Hotel Manager
- Be able to delegate authority and follow up
- Thorough knowledge of departmental and company policies with ability to enforce them
- Train and supervise Laundry/Room Attendants
- Ensure the communication between departments is open and hotel employees are working together on a professional level
- Any miscellaneous duties assigned by Manager
- Coordinate work needs with other shifts
- Inspection of Rooms and Hotel area

The team member is regularly exposed to risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system.
Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke. Extensive computer use. Must handle hazardous materials. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.
