Overview

The Gaming Site Coordinator manages operations at the blackjack table, explaining the game, dealing cards, completing payouts, and ensuring fair play.

• Dealing cards: shuffle and deal cards to players
• Managing the gaming area:
  Ensure players follow casino procedures, monitor the game pace, and maintain a fun environment
• Paying out winnings:
  Collect losing bets and pay out winning bets, exchange cash for chips and vice‑versa, paying out E‑Tab winners
• Handling money:
  Count chips and secure money received during the game, count all cash banks at the beginning and end of shift
• Explaining the game:
  Teach new players how to play and answer questions from players
• Maintaining organization:
  Keep cards and chips organized, cash in faced and valued order, and tidy up the gaming area at the end of their shift
• Communicating:
  Interact with Gaming Manager to share concerns and information
• Following regulations:
  Follow gaming regulations and organization rules

Individual must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license and pass an annual background check. 2+ years of charitable gaming experience is preferred.

Individual must have good math skills, excellent people skills and analytical thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and a strong understanding of all games.
