Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex business tax returns across multiple entity types
- Perform initial and final reviews of tax engagements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead and support year‑end and ongoing tax planning initiatives
- Conduct advanced tax research and provide technical guidance on complex matters
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and actively foster long‑term client relationships
- Support overall client service delivery and collaborate across service lines as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Active CPA license required
- 5–10+ years of public accounting experience in tax
- Experience serving clients in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, construction, commercial enterprises, or real estate preferred
- Strong technical tax knowledge with the ability to apply concepts to varied client situations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to firm values and professional integrity

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
