We are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist - Temporary to coordinate and complete loan servicing actions from the point of request for non-consumer and consumer actions. You will maintain and ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures associated with loan servicing actions. This role requires a high degree of accountability to protect Association assets through the correct development and implementation of loan servicing documents.

Once a loan servicing request is received, you will draft and review loan documentation, verify the Association s collateral position, and file any necessary documentation.

• Coordinate loan servicing activities for both consumer and non-consumer actions, from the initial request through completion. This includes prioritizing workloads, ensuring necessary documents are available, and confirming regulatory compliance. Ensure sufficient collateral is in place and perfect lien positions. Update tracking systems, review collateral for release, and work on special projects as assigned. Collaborate with teammates to enhance the customer experience.

• Preferred: 2 Year / Associate s Degree or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of related experience
