Role Overview

The Financial Reporting Analyst supports the organization’s reporting process by preparing accurate, timely, and compliant financial information. This role collaborates with accounting, treasury, and business leadership to ensure reliable financial analysis and adherence to GAAP. Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, consolidation of domestic and international entities, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial consolidations, including elimination entries and foreign‑currency translation, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Support the annual external audit and preparation of audited financial statements.
  • Assist with regulatory audits and preparation of tax-related documentation.
  • Maintain and improve general ledger accuracy, structure, and account integrity.
  • Provide support to internal teams and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in internal training, team meetings, and communication initiatives.
  • Foster strong working relationships and demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
  • Ability to use judgment and prior experience to meet goals and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
  • Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
