Cornerstone Bank is looking for a Cash Management Associate to join our professional team. This position is responsible for performing duties of the Cash Management team, providing professional and technical support to employees and clients. Incumbent will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Cash Management including documentation, implementation, training, internal and annual reviews, opening new accounts, reporting, and quality assurance.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of all, or ability to learn, bank Cash Management products, electronic banking services, bank deposit products, bank core system & policies
• Ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with Bank exposure to loss or fraud

A High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is required. Prior experience in client service or product support is preferred.
