eOne Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, a solid understanding of GAAP, and experience with various accounting software. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting financial reporting, compliance, and analysis for a successful SaaS company. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting strategic financial initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Perform general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and accurate payment application
- Perform monthly reconciliations of partner closed-deal reports to Hub Spot data and collaborate with the sales team to investigate and resolve variances
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making
- Process vendor invoices through , ensuring timely and accurate entry and approval routing
- Manage the accounting inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper issue escalation
- Utilize accounting software such as Intacct and Dynamics GP, and other financial tools for data entry and reporting
- Prepare detailed financial reports and interpret financial data for management review
- Partner with the Director of Finance and CFO on process improvements and automation initiatives across the accounting function
- Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, double-entry bookkeeping, debits & credits
Proficiency in excel
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in Sage Intacct, Hub Spot, and are a plus
