Role OverviewRegistered Branch Associates play a vital role in the client team, partnering with Financial Advisors to serve existing clients. They support the branch process to provide a streamlined client experience, understand client motivations and goals, and build trust within the branch team.
Training & Support- Mentoring, job shadowing, coaching, and branch office visits.
- Support network beyond the branch office, including headquarters assistance via phone, email, and firm intranet resources.

CompensationHiring Minimum: $29.08
Hiring Maximum: $31.48

- Gather information and collect suitability data to open new accounts.
- Research portfolio performance, costs/fees, asset allocation and changes; make recommendations to the Financial Advisor and communicate to clients.
- Execute buy/sell orders solicited by the Financial Advisor and confirm with clients.
- Answer general client questions about Edward Jones stock recommendations and withdrawals.
- Actively plan business and collaborate to evaluate and execute branch strategies.
- Continuously develop yourself for personal and professional growth.
- Building meaningful client relationships.
- Managing multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
- Analyzing and resolving issues related to personalized investment solutions, involving the Financial Advisor when appropriate.
- Desire to learn continuously, incorporate feedback, and adapt to change.
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - 3‑5 years of relevant experience in securities/financial services preferred.
- Series 7 and Series 66 required; if not registered, registrations obtainable during assigned study period.
- FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses also required.
Associate must complete all ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities FINRA and/or SEC. Complete required CE training to keep licenses in good standing.
